Cortisol opposes testosterone (one of the ways to measure testosterone is in relation to cortisol levels in the body).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">If your cortisol levels are high, your testosterone levels can\u2019t be.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">You see the slippery slope?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">If you have low T, you\u2019re not going to be sleeping as well. If you\u2019re not sleeping very well, you\u2019re going to produce even <i>less<\/i> testosterone.
