Not exactly&#8230; Here&#8217;s me before I made my big transformation:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-819 aligncenter\" title=\"before 2 chad-1\" src=\"http:\/\/www.chadhowsefitness.com\/members\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/before-2-chad-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"218\" height=\"384\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.chadhowsefitness.com\/members\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/before-2-chad-1.jpg 363w, http:\/\/www.chadhowsefitness.com\/members\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/before-2-chad-1-170x300.jpg 170w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 218px) 100vw, 218px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">That transformation took a lot of hard work, yes. But it didn&#8217;t take a lot of <em>time<\/em>. I gained 32 lbs of <em>lean<\/em>\u00a0muscle in 32 weeks. Building a leaner, healthier, and more athletic body in the process. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">That&#8217;s when my <em>life<\/em>\u00a0really started to take off. <strong>With a better body I had more energy, a greater ability to focus, I got sick less, and I had more confidence.<\/strong> Then I started my own business&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A couple things you should know about me:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">1. I LOVE what I do and I work my ass off.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">2. I HATE bulking and cutting.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">I&#8217;d MUCH rather stay in great shape year-round without having to &#8220;cut&#8221; come beach season. I think it&#8217;s kind of stupid. Why not stay in great shape year round?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">With my growing schedule and responsibilities with the business &#8211; and the traveling &#8211; <strong>I had to find a way to train and eat healthy even if I was on the road, or (like today) stuck in the office unable to get to the gym.<\/strong> And so, I developed the <em>Travel Trainer<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Don&#8217;t be fooled by the name.
