Keep reading to find out a PERMANENT SOLUTION.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">As you begin to produce less testosterone, your body has a much more difficult time burning off excess body fat. And if they DO contain the good fats we need in our diets, they fail to give us the good carbs we need to fuel our muscles.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Actually, much of what we\u2019re eating is KILLING OUR TESTOSTERONE, making us absorb and store more body fat, and stopping us from building lean, strong muscle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">There is, however, a solution, and I came across it when <i>my<\/i> testosterone levels were nearing dangerous lows\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">I\u2019d been working out for a number of years and had already had some success. A new business took up most of my time, and my physical goals focused more around burning fat while maintaining muscle than anything.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Always open to trying different things out, I began increasing my carb and protein intake, while dropping the amount of fat I was eating. This, of course, was at the recommendation of not only my doctor, but the health and fitness magazines we all look to for guidance.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-large; background-color: #ffff00; font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde';\"><b>Myth #1 &#8211; \u2018Good Carbs\u2019 Keep You Lean<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><span style=\"font-size: large; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino;\">Are all carbs bad? No. They <em>can<\/em> be GREAT and effective IF USED PROPERLY and at the right time. In fact, if consumed at the right time they can actually help you hormonally as well. But NO ONE seems to be consuming them when they should.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: large;\">We eat carbs at breakfast (a no-no), we eat them right before a workout (another no-no), and we don&#8217;t eat them at night when we actually <i>should be eating them<\/i>. I know this probably goes against everything you&#8217;ve heard regarding carbohydrates, and that&#8217;s why I&#8217;m writing this article.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><span style=\"font-size: large; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino;\">If they aren\u2019t used effectively, even \u201cgood carbs\u201d can negatively effect your testosterone levels, hurt your insulin health, and make you carry more fat (which, in turn, will only further lower your testosterone levels).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><span style=\"font-size: large; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino;\">The solution is to use these \u201chealthy\u201d food groups when they\u2019re not going to be stored as body fat, but rather used to feed your metabolical and anabolic muscle, right after your workout.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>I didn\u2019t know why at the time, but I started losing muscle and gaining fat.<\/strong> Initially I<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 210px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"           \" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/isomerdesign.com\/Cdsa\/C\/dl494.png\" width=\"200\" height=\"157\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>STUDY #1:<\/strong> <span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Dr. Christina Wang of the University of California at Los Angeles, in studying the effects of testosterone treatment on men with testosterone deficiency, found that men expressed feelings of edginess, anger, irritability, and aggression prior to treatment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<strong>After treatment, their anger and agitation decreased, their sense of optimism and friendliness heightened.<\/strong> Testosterone is not only not the rage-inducing hormone that it was (and is) believed to be, it\u2019s also vital to the health of a man.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">thought I\u2019d just reached a plateau with my training, so I tried a new program. But nothing improved.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">I changed <i>how <\/i>I lifted, what I lifted, and how often I worked out. But again, my results didn&#8217;t budge. And the decline of my physique was constant and scary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">This was a number of years ago, before the research about fats and carbs was made common knowledge. It was at the height of the \u201cgood carbs\u201d craze. When good carbs were the &#8216;be all end all&#8217; for health.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Everything I read, everything my Mom read, everything everyone I knew read said that lean proteins and good carbs should be the staple of your diet if you want to get lean, ripped, and stronger. And this isn\u2019t entirely untrue, what <i>is<\/i> untrue is to what degree these foods should be included in your diet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">But I digress. The point is, I didn\u2019t know what was going on. It was like my body was working <i>against me, <\/i>rather than <i>for me<\/i>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">I even went to the doctor to get tested for allergies. He found that yes, I had a number of food allergies, including an allergy to dairy. But his solution to my food allergies ended hurting me even more when he prescribed that I consume soy milk as a replacement for dairy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><span style=\"background-color: #ffff00; font-size: xx-large; font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde';\"><b>Myth #2 &#8211; Dieting Helps You Burn Fat<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><span style=\"font-size: large; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino;\">Dieting, i.e. limiting your caloric intake, actually makes you\u00a0<em>store more fat<\/em>, and burn muscle. You don&#8217;t need to dramatically cut calories to cut fat. Rather, you need to eat\u00a0<em>more<\/em> of the right calories.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><span style=\"font-size: large; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino;\">If you&#8217;re eating the\u00a0<em>right calories<\/em> at the\u00a0<em>right times<\/em>, you&#8217;ll force your body to burn fat and store muscle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><span style=\"font-size: large; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino;\">If your hormones are working optimally, your body works more like the well-oiled machine that it\u00a0<em>should be<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><span style=\"font-size: large; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino;\">So don&#8217;t listen to your lady and cut calories. Instead, follow the diet that I used,<em> The Man Diet<\/em>, to get in the best shape of my life.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">My body was spiraling downwards, which made absolutely no sense to me. I should have been at my physical prime, but I was getting weaker and fatter!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">And then, as if by divine intervention, I had a scheduled trip to go see a buddy in New York. Actually, I was there visiting a young lady, but I scheduled a lunch with a mutual friend who was doing some pretty impressive things in the health and fitness industry.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 210px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"           \" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/isomerdesign.com\/Cdsa\/C\/dl494.png\" width=\"200\" height=\"157\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>STUDY #2:<\/strong> <span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A study published by the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology &amp; Metabolism, studied the effect of dietary lipid consumption (animal fats) on levels of sex-hormone binding globulin (SHBG), free testosterone, and cholesterol in men. They looked at how eating more dietary fats can influence levels of SHBG, free testosterone and cholesterol.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>After consuming a diet with a high fat content (greater than 100 g fat\/day) for two weeks, the mean plasma cholesterol level increased (p less than 0.02) while the mean SHBG level decreased (p less than 0.02).<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Why are these stats important?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">About 2\/3 of your body\u2019s testosterone is bound to SHBG, and not \u201cfree\u201d.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Many in the scientific community believe that \u201cfree\u201d testosterone is the only form of the hormone that counts, as it\u2019s the only form of T that is actually ready to work on your tissue.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">I hate to paint a gloomy picture of my life at this time. I mean, things were going really well. I was dating a nice girl, I had a business that was growing, and I was doing some traveling and having fun.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Life was, overall, good. But my body wasn\u2019t performing like I wanted it to. It felt like I was in a hamster wheel. I&#8217;d work hard and &#8220;eat right&#8221;, but the results never came.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">More than that, I was feeling down in the dumps, I was stressed, I lacked energy, and every other area of my life felt the negative effects to a body that just didn&#8217;t perform how it should.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Anyhow, I went to my pal\u2019s apartment one day while I was in New York. We had planned to eat a quick breakfast at his place, then get some work done in his apartment.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">When I got there, we made small talk, laughed a bit, and then got to cooking breakfast.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Keep in mind that, for the past 24 years of my life, all I\u2019d heard was how bad fat was for you, how it makes you fat, and how it hurts your heart.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u2026 And then this guy fires up his stove, covers his pan in butter, and cracks open 16 eggs to split between the two of us!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><strong>I was confused.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">I was looking at him. He was as fit as anyone I\u2019d seen. He was muscular, very energetic, and by all accounts happy, and this is what he ate?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">Oh, and then he added bacon to the dining experience, and my mind was officially blown.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">So I asked him, <i>What\u2019s with all the fat. Isn\u2019t that bad for you?<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">My entire life I\u2019d listened to health professionals tell me to avoid fat and eggs and cholesterol. But here he was, cracking open 16 whole eggs, and telling me that natural fats like <strong>saturated, polyunsaturated, and monounsaturated fats, DON\u2019T ACTUALLY MAKE YOU FAT.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-large; background-color: #ffff00; font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde';\"><b>Myth #3 &#8211; Fats and Red Meat Lead to Heart Disease &amp; Obesity<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><span style=\"font-size: large; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino;\">Contrary to popular belief, the good fats you find in meats and fish actually <i>prevent<\/i> you from gaining body fat and <i>ward off<\/i> diseases like heart disease.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><span style=\"font-size: large; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino;\">This myth is leading men to change their diets in a very ineffective and harmful manner.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><span style=\"font-size: large; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino;\">We didn\u2019t get into it in too much detail that day, but what he finished with saying sent me into a 4-year mission to discover how men truly need to eat. He said:<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: xx-large; font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><b>These fats actually help you naturally raise your testosterone levels.<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">I was floored\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Could that actually be true? Or was this guy just pulling my leg?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Could the single food group I\u2019d always been told to avoid, actually be the healthiest thing for me (and you) to eat?<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-large; font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde'; color: #cc0000;\">Could ALL of the nutrition advice I\u2019d been given up to this point in my life be wrong?<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">And what about testosterone?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">I\u2019d always been told that testosterone isn\u2019t a good hormone. That it makes men angry, covered with zits, and filled with rage.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Could this hormone actually be <i>good for me?<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">As soon as I got back from that trip I did one very smart thing &#8211; and yes, I still pat myself on the back for this: <strong>I got my testosterone levels checked.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">I\u00a0<em>highly<\/em> recommend you do this too.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Now, I was in my early twenties. I was fit, active, and seemingly in perfect health. So when I got the results back, and my testosterone levels were far below \u201coptimal\u201d, I was crushed, confused, and I felt betrayed.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">I\u2019d been told to eat one way my entire life, now I\u2019m finding out that this way of eating is actually making me <i>less<\/i> manly. That it\u2019s making me absorb more fat and burn more muscle!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">I\u2019ve learned the dirty little secret that your favorite magazines, even your doctor, doesn\u2019t want you to know:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large; color: #e3071d;\"><b>Men need to eat differently than women. And most of the diets you\u2019ll find on the book shelves and online, are made specifically for women, but don\u2019t give men the nutrients, nor the foods that they want and <i>need<\/i> to be optimal.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Why do you think this is?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>Let me ask you another question:<\/strong> Who do you think is more worried about their weight, the guy on the left, or the babe on the right? Even though the woman is in great shape, and the guy isn&#8217;t, <em>her weight<\/em> is an emotional issue, and emotion sells. Thus, <strong>the health and fitness industry,\u00a0<em>my industry,\u00a0<\/em>panders to the group that will earn them the most money.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"fat guy\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/CHF.com\/fat+guy+kid.jpg\" width=\"360\" height=\"480\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"babe\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/CHF.com\/babe.jpg\" width=\"323\" height=\"480\" \/><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: xx-large; color: #e3071d;\">We can&#8217;t forget about men!<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">There are a few problems with most diets for men. For one, they aren&#8217;t sustainable. They&#8217;re filled with foods that we hate to eat. So even though we may be able to diet for a few weeks, we inevitably binge and fall off the wagon.
