I understand the struggles of working hard in a gym, harder than the guy next to you, but being half his size. I know the frustration of trying every supplement on the market, every program that can be purchased, stuffing your face in an attempt to gain muscle, but only gaining a bit of fat. I’ve been there.

Up until recently, this is what I looked like…

[BEFORE IMAGES]

I spent the majority of my life under 150 pounds, with a body that was completely resistant to building muscle. No matter what I did, how I trained, who I trained with, what supplements I took, how much I ate, when I ate, what I ate, I couldn’t gain muscle.

Why?

Because, like you, I wasn’t focusing on the internal cause at to why my body couldn’t build muscle. No matter how many weights I lifted, reps I did, food I ate, my hormones wouldn’t let me build muscle. I didn’t know it back then, but I had a muscle-resistant body.

Here are some of the muscle building myths I tried, and that will never work unless your male hormones are put right…

Eating more food just made be fatter, which lowered my testosterone levels even further – I’ll tell you why later.

Changing my programs every 4 weeks just made me more frustrated, proving to myself that I wasn’t supposed to have a muscular body.

Lifting heavier weights just wore me down and made me tired all the time.

Doing higher reps made me even more tired, which lowered my testosterone levels even more!

NOTHING Will Work Unless You Fix The Internal Cause Of Your Body’s Resistance To Building Muscle

I was discouraged. Because of a knee injury I had to stop playing basketball in college, which was the only reason I was taking classes anyways, and one of the few sources of pride I had in my life.

I didn’t know it then, but I wasn’t just feeling down because of how I looked – I had no muscle – but because of how low my testosterone levels were (low T leads to depression).

What’s crazy is how my good hormones were being lowered!

Things You’re Doing EVERYDAY Are Lowering Your ‘Good Hormones’, And Raising Your Bad Ones

I was in one big snowball effect that led to a year of over-eating, an attempt in vain to gain muscle by hiring a bodybuilder friend of mine to train me, that all finally culminated with what would eventually lead to my salvation – a resurrection of sorts…

I quit the pipe dream I had of building muscle…

It had led to too much frustration in my life. It wasn’t like me to quit at anything, so understand how big this change in focus was. I’d never quit anything in my life, but I honestly felt that I was born with a body that couldn’t gain muscle.

For me, it wasn’t quitting, it was more like shifting to something that was more in line with who I am. I basically accepted failure, and convinced myself that being muscular wasn’t for me (how sad is that?!).

You see, I wanted to be awesome, simply put. I took pride in my business sense, my entrepreneurial spirit, and my athletic ability.

I had good qualities in my life. A good body would just compound these – which is why I felt it was so important. It would give me more confidence, which would help me be, again, awesome.

Alas, I was convinced, due to insurmountable evidence, that that dream wasn’t meant for me.

Have you ever felt that way? That you can’t look like your muscular friends, and that your ideal body simply isn’t something that you can build?

It sucks doesn’t it. But THAT IS NOT TRUE. Keep reading…

Testosterone, Your Fountain of Youth, And The Key To Your Transformation

With the dream of constructing a more muscular physique in the rearview, and basketball no longer an option, I turned my focuses elsewhere, to other things I’d always wanted to do…

The first day I walked into a boxing gym, I felt liberated. No more would I have to try and gain muscle. I could now be skinny, and because of the weight classes in fighting, being skinny could actually work to my advantage.

I loved the sport. I did well at the sport. Over the next 3 years I fought, trained, ate, slept, and dreamt boxing. I got in great shape, even got shredded.

I became a good fighter. My future son could now say with pride that his dad could beat up his friend’s dad’s. But there was still a nagging part of me that wanted to be better. I wanted to be my ideal, my best. Again, I wanted to be awesome.

I could now handle myself in any situation. A quiet confidence came with that fact. But I was still a toothpick. The social confidence that comes with a muscular physique wasn’t there. And it’s something that I knew I still wanted.

One day I was sparring with an older guy who was new at my gym. Although he was in his 40‘s, he was one of the most jacked, shredded guys I’d ever seen.

He had the ideal male body.

Not too huge. More like a Superman type build, than a Hulk build. It made no sense to me…

How could a guy twice my age have a body 10x better than mine?

How To Fix Your Body’s Muscle Building Machinery

After we’d finished sparring, I pulled him aside and asked him how the hell he’d built this body, and at his age!

He said one simple answer in broken, but understandable English…

Testosterone.

It turns turns out he was doing Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), as prescribed by his doctor. Which, back then was a new fad that doctors were just starting to make millions off of. TRT gave men who were experiencing lower than normal testosterone levels, injections to raise their levels back to healthy rates.

Not only does TRT cost a lot, like steroids do, but it doesn’t give a permanent solution to the problem of low testosterone. It also STOPS your body’s ability to produce testosterone naturally.

If You Can’t Build Muscle, Low Testosterone Levels Are Likely a Cause, But TRT & Steroids ARE NOT THE SOLUTION. There IS SOMETHING BETTER…

After talking with him, and to other friends who were using dangerous drugs, I saw how powerful testosterone can be, and how it can help even an older guy build an insane body, but I wanted a permanent solution.

I wanted to know if this was why I couldn’t build muscle.

Did I have low testosterone levels?

If I did, could I raise them naturally?

If our bodies produce testosterone on their own, there MUST be a way to help our bodies along.

To say I was excited would be an understatement. I saw that there could be a way for me to get my ideal body, but also that it wouldn’t be an easy solution to figure out. But, as usual, I dove in head first to see if this was, indeed, my holy grail…

[BARRY]

Here’s What Happened To Some Of My Clients

I dove in to my research. I talked to doctors (who oddly weren’t much help because of the millions they make of TRT), read countless studies, and tested everything on myself.

What I found was shocking.

The low testosterone levels that men are experiencing in today’s society – lower levels than ever before, and levels that are getting lower with every generation, and every decade – aren’t our fault.

[INSERT STUDY ON LOW T]

I began testing theories on myself, but also some of my clients, and their results were astonishing.

As we began testing different workouts and little changes in diet, my clients began losing more fat, and gaining more muscle. Their body’s began to transform, both in shape, composition, and in internal things like confidence and energy.

You can enhance your body’s ability to produce testosterone naturally, and it does make you burn more muscle, and build much, much more muscle.

Your Inability To Build Muscle Is NOT ENTIRELY YOUR FAULT

Everything effects our hormones.
