You get ripped for a couple days, then you get fat again &#8211; that&#8217;s useless.<\/p>\n<p>And so, rule #1 for supplementation to get RIPPED:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-large;\">Don&#8217;t take fat burners.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>They raise your HR, make you burn more calories in a day, but when you&#8217;re off them, and your HR is back to normal, your body&#8217;s used to burning more calories, so you pack on fat once again.<\/p>\n<p>Not to mention the fact that they&#8217;re terrible for you. They&#8217;re absolutely crap for your heart. They should help you maintain muscle mass when you&#8217;re eating fewer calories.<\/p>\n<p>Muscle helps us burn fat. We need it.
