Task number one is on Day 3. Just a head&#8217;s up. If you&#8217;re not a member at a gym, or you don&#8217;t have access to weights or a weight room, try and get that done by Monday. Bodyweight training is awesome, but we&#8217;re going to focus on the best methods we can possibly focus on over the next month or two of your lessons &#8211; which means resistance training.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: helvetica;\">3. Have an open mind. We&#8217;re going to try a bunch of new stuff in this course. But you&#8217;re going to love it because it WORKS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: helvetica;\">4.
