The Perfect Fat Loss Day

There are a few things that can be interchanged with the perfect fat loss day – workout time being one of them. From the sounds of it, most people find the time to train later in the day, so we’ll use that as our reference point.

Wake-up

Morning Workout

Do this one:

Breakfast

Eat this one:

  • 3 fish oil pills (Omega Blue)
  • 15 mg zinc
  • 3,000 IU D3
  • 2-4 whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup assorted berries (dark berries like blueberries, blackberries + raspberries)
  • 2-4 strips turkey bacon

Snack 1 – Shake

Have this one:

 

5 grams BCAA’s 45 minutes before workout (BlueStar BCAA)

10 grams BCAA’s half way through workout (BlueStar BCAA)

Post Workout Shake

Post Workout Meal

Have this one:

  • carbs: quinoa or yams (1 portion about the size of your fist)
  • protein: chicken breast, fish, or another lean protein source.
  • vegetables (alkalize our body’s pH, helping us burn more fat).

Snack before bed

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 3 fish oil pills (Omega Blue)
  • 15 mg zinc
  • 3,000 IU D3
