So I hear you want six pack abs. I hear you want ripped arms and a massive chest. I hear you want to build a body that puts a Ryan Reynolds/Chris Evans hybrid to shame.
Well that’s great, man. That’s really, really great. I want an Aston Martin, a private island, and a fully functional Iron Man suit.
Where we both succeed is in reading about what we want and how to get it. Where we lack is in taking action.Both goals are possible. Definitely. But more than anything, both goals require a shit ton of work. We need to be willing to sacrifice something else we want to achieve this ultimate goal.
Both cleans and snatch are the ultimate compound exercises working your calves, quads, glutes, traps, shoulders, triceps and I’m sure a few other muscle groups in there as well.
